LAS VEGAS – NASCAR Sprint Cup Series star Kasey Kahne will drive a USAC Midget at the Dirt Track at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Wednesday, Feb. 25. The USAC/CRA Sprint Car and USAC National and Western Midget Series races at the half-mile dirt oval will kick off LVMS’s 2009 NASCAR Weekend. The 28-year-old native of Enumclaw, Wash., is no stranger to the small, powerful cars. In 2000, he won the USAC Midget Series championship and was named Sprint Car Driver of the Year.
