Joe Gibbs Racing to Provide Engines and Technical Support for Red Horse Racing
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. – Red Horse Racing has signed an agreement to participate in Joe Gibbs Racing’s engine program for its NASCAR Truck Series teams beginning with the 2012 season. As part of the agreement JGR will also provide the Red Horse Racing program with additional technical support. Miguel Paludo Brings Experience to the Magic Mile
As a Rookie-of-the-Year contender in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2011, Miguel Paludo will be seeing the majority of the tracks on the schedule for the first time. However, Dover (Del.) International Speedway will not be one of them. Last season, in preparation for running the full Truck Series schedule, Paludo completed a partial schedule in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East. The final track Paludo competed at was none other than the famous “Monster Mile.” The Brazilian native started the race last September from the 27th position and moved his way up to the 14th spot for the finish. Red Horse Racing shuts down No. 1 Toyota operations
MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Red Horse Racing has announced the closing of the #1 Toyota Tundra team of series defending champion Johnny Benson. Red Horse Racing has worked to secure sponsorship for the #1 team since last December but has been unsuccessful in doing so. “It hasn’t been for a lack of effort,” says Team Owner, Tom DeLoach. “We had several people working on finding a sponsor for the #1 and Johnny Benson.
