Braun Racing names Indianapolis 500 Winner Jacques Villeneuve for Brickyard 400
MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Braun Racing has announced that former Formula One World Champion and Indy 500 winner, Jacques Villeneuve, will attempt to qualify the No. 32 Dollar General Toyota for the upcoming Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The veteran driver has found success in racing that can be rivaled by very few. Villeneuve has captured world championships in both the Indy Car World Series and Formula One and was the winner of the 1995 Indianapolis 500, a feat accomplished only by two other drivers. MOORESVILLE, NC – Braun Racing announced today the return of Beringer Vineyards to their sponsor line-up for the 2010 NASCAR Nationwide Series season. The California-based, Beringer Vineyards, which is returning to Braun Racing for its fourth year, will serve as a primary sponsor of the team’s No. 10 entry for three races in 2010. MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Braun Racing has announced its entrance into the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Dollar General, which sponsors the team’s No. 32 entry in the Nationwide Series, will serve as primary sponsor for five races throughout the 2010 season, including Daytona International Speedway (February), Atlanta Motor Speedway (March), Chicagoland Speedway (July), Indianapolis Motor Speedway (July) and Charlotte Motor Speedway (October).
