Richmond Breaks Ground for New State of the Art Scoring Tower
RICHMOND – Richmond International Raceway president Doug Fritz, joined by NASCAR personality Hermie Sadler and representatives from Panasonic, officially broke ground today for the new state-of-the-art video scoring tower which will soar above the infield of America’s Premier Short Track.
