Joey Logano Named Raybestos Rookie of the Year
Joey Logano is the 2009 Raybestos Rookie of the Year in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Donnie Wingo Named Crew Chief of the No. 6 UPS Team
Concord, N.C. – Roush Fenway Racing announced today that Donnie Wingo has been named crew chief of the No. 6 UPS team with driver David Ragan.
