ALLMENDINGER Re-launches Website With Trackside Appearances

By RND Staff, 21 February, 2009, No Comment

FONTANA, CA -AJ Allmendinger wheeled the #44 Charter Communications Dodge Charger to take eighth in qualifying for Sunday’s AutoClub 500 for Richard Petty Motorsports on Friday at AutoClub Speedway. But that was just one item on a busy to do list this weekend for Allmendinger, who got his website re-launched, posted an appearance on SPEED’s Trackside Live Friday night, and will be available for two more trackside appearances this weekend.

AJ will be on hand to sign autographs at the Richard Petty Motorsports merchandise trailer on the midway starting at 11:30 AM local time on race day.

Allmendinger, who has recently released some exciting new options from his own signature collection of fan allegiance items on his newly re-liveried website (www.ajallmendinger.com), is looking forward to keeping the momentum going as the team transitions from restrictor-plate racing to the 2-mile environs in Fontana.

Allmendinger knows that and the #44 will have to fight for everything they get, as the Charter Communications machine is not locked into future races by points as the team looks to secure funding to race in as many events as possible in 2009.

Allmendinger started the 2009 season with a NASCAR career-best result of 3rd in the Daytona 500 driving the #44 Valvoline Dodge for Richard Petty Motorsports.
